Dust in agriculture is part of the daily life. It appears in all forms – from the soil, from gravel roads, in flowers’ bloom, from animal secretions or from pesticides.

Dust is always dangerous and can cause lung disease, especially silicosis and pneumoconiosis.

So how do you protect yourself?
• Use personal protective equipment – a suitable mask and
glasses.
• After exposure clean your clothes and wash them.
• Make sure you undergo occupational medical tests.
