In March, Kav LaOved founder Hanna Zohar received the lifetime achievement award, the “Rappaport Prize for Women Making a Difference” by the popular Israeli magazine Woman and the Rappaport Family Foundation. The award was presented to women whose actions have transformed the public social and economic sphere in Israel. Out of 300 nominations, 14 finalists, and 4 prize winners, Zohar was awarded first prize for her life’s work to recognize workers, especially women who are often exploited in the labor market.

Congratulations, Hanna!
